Payments and goods.

We endevour to have your goods to your within 48 hours. For any orders out of stock and also out of stok with suppliers we will try to restock the item asap, we can also update you as soon as the item is available again.

Payments must be made in full as there are no credit facilities available at this time. If in the event of a paypal chargeback we will revert the items to being stolen and will chase this with the full extent of the law.

Returns must be within 7 days of receipt and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Any monies to be refunded will be done the same as they were paid. ie if with paypal refund is with paypal etc.

Stolen Bikes

We will also, if we feel you are dealing in stolen bikes, report your name and address to the police in your area. As you can understand if you have nothing to hide then we are fine to deal with you. In doing this we hope to help reduce the number of stolen bikes and help find other people's stolen bikes. Proof of ownership is easier than you think if you have bought a legal machine.
